The Mayborn Museum at Baylor University in Waco, Texas, features prominent, life-size bronze sculptures of a mother, calf, and bull mammoth created by artist Tom Tischler. Installed in 2024 to celebrate the museum's 20th anniversary, these 14,000-pound sculptures are based on actual Columbian mammoth fossils found at the nearby Waco Mammoth National Monument.
