The Texas Capitol Vietnam Veterans Monument, dedicated on March 29, 2014, is located on the northeast grounds of the Texas Capitol in Austin. This 14-foot tall, 5,500-pound bronze sculpture depicts a five-man infantry patrol. It honors the 3,417 Texans who died in the Vietnam War.
